Back this year, the annual Cherry Blossom Window Contest adds festivity to the celebration of blooms throughout the city and most impressively on the nearby Quad at The University of Washington.
In 2026, twenty U District businesses are participating in the contest, voting amongst themselves to choose their favorite blossom-themed window display! Voting is happening this week, stay tuned for the winning window to be announced and make your way around the neighborhood to enjoy the decorated storefronts.
