MICHELLE’S SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Planning and drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and medical directives.
- Representing clients in probate proceedings after the death of a family member.
- Representing clients in Guardianship proceedings, including petitioning for guardianship, maintaining a guardianship, annual reporting and guardianship litigation.
- Serving as a Guardian ad Litem in guardianship and probate matters.
She is registered as a Title 11 Guardian ad Litem in King, Snohomish, Island, Skagit and Whatcom Counties, and has served as a GAL in over 260 cases, including complex guardianship matters and Vulnerable Adult Protection Orders. She is a member of the planning committee for the GAL Training seminar in King County, and has been a speaker at King County’s GAL training annually since 2016.
Michelle is also a provider attorney in the ARAG network.
