Welcome to U:Don Fresh Japanese Noodle Station, Seattle’s home for authentic, hand-made Japanese udon since 2011. Located in the heart of the University District on University Way NE, we serve comforting noodle bowls made fresh daily using traditional Sanuki methods in a quick, casual, and interactive setting.
Our silky udon noodles are paired with house-made broths, sauces, and toppings crafted from quality ingredients.
